Homecoming Tailgate 2023!

IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!

We celebrate HBCUs and Black History every day over here, but we decided to make the ADOTY an annual thing during Black History Month for the people in the back!

If you’ve ever experienced a HBCU Homecoming Tailgate, then you can instantly smell the BBQ in the air when you think about it. You can hear the DJ call out all of the Greeks (and even have to quickly move for or jump into an incoming “stroll”). Your favorite band’s drumline gets louder, and you automatically know “It’s about to go down!” The current students come dressed to serve from head-to-toe, the alumni are meeting friends from near and far, and the fans come to soak up all of the surrounding Black Excellence.

This year, we’re doing a Homecoming Tailgate version of ADOTY while re-introducing some amazing educational institutions and showcasing some amazing eyewear along the way!
